SALITAR Crystal inhalerI like this item and it has given me more energy plus I think it is teaching me to breathe better as in not through my mouth plus I am now exhaling through my nose.

The first day, I used it for too long of a time & harmed myself; I would suggest to use it initially for brief periods then building up to a greater length of time. I try to us it several times a day.

I approve and appreciate of the salt crystal inhaler!

I wanted ceramic, not plastic, but it was not clear on here and I didn't know enough about them at the time to look for that--I assumed they were all ceramic. I don't trust the chemicals in plastic going into my recently surgically altered lung through thoracotomy due to multi-restistant pneumonia.I nearly died and do not want to put anything in my lungs that could cause more harm. Maybe someone can help me, maybe plastic is alright, but the crystals that come with this one are definitely clear and not Himalayan. Oh, and after a month or so I really can't tell any difference.
